This site belongs to Dan Hardee Entertainment, LLC, based in Denver, Colorado. Here’s what happens with your information when you visit or reach out.
What I collect
When you send an inquiry, I get what you type into the form: your name, email, phone number if you add one, event date, event type, venue or city, estimated guest count, hours needed, what matters most to you and any other details you share. If you email me directly, I get whatever you send.
This site doesn’t use analytics trackers, advertising pixels or advertising cookies, and there are no accounts to sign up for.
How I use it
To check my availability, answer your questions, send you a quote and plan your event if you book. I don’t sell, rent or trade your information, and I don’t add you to a marketing list.
Who else handles it
- Web3Forms delivers form inquiries to my inbox. See the Web3Forms privacy policy.
- YouTube plays the video on the Weddings page. Nothing loads from YouTube until you press play. After that, Google’s privacy policy applies.
- My web host keeps standard server logs, like IP addresses and pages requested, to keep the site running and secure.
- Links to other sites, like WeddingWire, Google, Instagram and Facebook, follow their own privacy policies once you click through.
How long I keep it
Inquiries and event details stay in my email and booking records for as long as they’re needed to plan your event and for normal business and tax records. Ask me to delete yours and I will, unless I’m required to keep something.
Your choices
You can ask what I have from you, ask me to correct it or ask me to delete it. Email Dan@danhardee.com.
Kids
This site isn’t meant for children under 13, and I don’t knowingly collect information from them. For school events, I work with the adults planning the event.
Changes
